Hurricane Harvey

Our hearts go out to everyone affected by Hurricane Harvey. We know the past days have been extremely difficult and that you are likely still dealing with the severe impact of the storm. We are here for you and your family, and are working to ensure we provide you with the best support so you can focus on what is important. Our USAP clinical providers, many of whom themselves have been impacted by Harvey and its floods, have worked around the clock to ensure that patient care remains a top priority during the storm and throughout the recovery.

For our patients in FEMA-declared designated counties, we want you to know our Customer Service Team is on standby to help offer information for those with questions regarding their bills, or need help restructuring their payment plans to fit their financial need. To access any of these services, please call us at the number on your statement.
